Park Terrace, in its
entirety, is listed Grade II building- it holds such an
important part in the
history of Minchinhampton and it's local architecture. It was
1833 by David Ricardo, the then owner of Gatcombe Park, Park
Terrace stands proudly above Windmill Road. The construction is designed
with vernacular architecture in both style and materials and the individual
homes now form most attractive cottages, of which this is a particularly
centre of Minchinhampton is situated just a short walk away
and provides access to shops,
including the famous butchers cafes and pub, and very
good Chinese take away.
